After 30 days, no refunds will be given. One transfer per program is permitted for a charge of $25. A transfer can only be made if the person requesting the transfer has written permission from original purchaser to have transfer processed. Enrollments may not be transferred if Tuition Assistance is provided. A $25 certification fee will apply for candidates seeking the Certification Destination Specialist designation. I understand that I am required to complete the Destination Specialist course(s) within 12 months. I understand that one extension of up to three (3) months to the testing time limit may be granted upon request free of charge. No extensions will be granted beyond that period.
