Destination Specialist Southern Europe complements the Northern and Central Europe course and covers 11 countries and principalities: Portugal, Spain,
Andorra, Gibraltar, Monaco, Italy, San Marino, Malta, Greece, Cyprus, and Turkey.
Each country is explored through maps, geography, climate and seasons, local transportation, accommodations, historical background, culture, celebrations, special events, dining, entertainment, shopping, and attractions. The content of the course also includes sales strategies, sample itineraries, tour products, and a Study Guide. A laminated Job Aid and World Atlas accompany each order.

REFUNDS and TRANSFERS
Candidates wishing to withdraw are entitled to a full refund less a $25 administrative fee provided they send THE TRAVEL INSTITUTE their original study materials in saleable condition along with a written request for withdrawal within 30 days of their enrollment. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. One transfer per program is permitted for a charge of $25. A transfer can only be made if the person requesting the transfer has written permission from original purchaser to have transfer processed. Enrollments may not be transferred if Tuition Assistance is provided. A $25 certification fee will apply for candidates seeking the Certification Destination Specialist designation.
I understand that I am required to complete the Destination Specialist course(s) within 12 months. I understand that one extension of up to three (3) months to the testing time limit may be granted upon request free of charge. No extensions will be granted beyond that period. All requests should be submitted to The Travel Institute in writing.
