Test day procedures:

All test sites open at 8:30 a.m. and testing begins at 9:00 a.m., unless otherwise prearranged.
 
 
Standard registration fee $90.00
Late registration fee -- applies if registering 30 days or less from test date add $5.00
Group rate registration per candidate
A group leader must register 10 or more
candidates and submit a group registration form. 		$85.00
Re-test fee $45.00
"Anytime" registration fee
Candidate must make arrangements and file their registration form with
