The Certified Travel Industry Executive (CTIE) program teaches business-to business travel professionals how to analyze new business opportunities, develop marketing strategies, negotiate, and manage more effectively. Graduates will learn how to grow their business while earning recognized industry credentials.

The CTIE certification is parallel to the Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) certification, thus, representing the pinnacle of travel industry professionalism for seasoned business-to-business travel professionals who are interested in advancing their career.


To earn the CTIE, travel professionals must:
** Possess at least 5 years of full-time industry experience.
** Have completed the CTA or CTC program.
** Pass the CTIE test.
** Complete a 2000-3000 word White Paper.
** Commit to annual certification maintenance to retain their certification.

The CTIE program can be completed in 6 to 9 months, however, candidates have 18 months to complete testing and their White Paper. Cancellations/Refunds: CTIE candidates wishing to withdraw are entitled to a full refund less a $50 administrative fee proided they send their original study materials in saleable condition along with a written request for withdrawal ithin 30 days of their enrollment.After 30 days, no refunds will be given.
