Sharing TUTORIALS

Add your Digital Credential to your Outlook signature line.

  1. Open a new email message.

  2. Select Signature Signatures from the Message menu

  3. Under Select signature to edit, choose New, and in the New Signature dialog box, type a name for the signature.
  4. Under Edit signature, compose your signature.
  5. To add Certification Logos to your signature, Select the Image icon Insert an image from your device icon , locate your image file, and select Insert.
  6. Copy the URL of your Digital Credential page.  Right click on your Certification Logo and click insert link. Place the Digital Credential URL in the Address field and click OK.
  7. Choose OK to save your new signature and return to your message. To add the signature manually, select Signature from the Message menu and then pick the signature you just created.

Add your Digital Credential to your Gmail signature line.

  1. Right click on the CTA logo from tutorial page and select “copy image address.”
  2. From the Gmail inbox, go to Gear > Settings > General > Signature.  Click the Insert Image button.
  3. Select “Web Address (URL)” and enter the image address.  Resize image if necessary.
  4. Highlight the logo and click on the “hyperlink” button.  Add the url from your Digital Credential page.
  5. Save Changes.

You can display your digital credentials on your LinkedIn profile by adding a Certifications section.

  1. Move your cursor over Profile at the top of your homepage and select Edit Profile.
  2. Under the Profile Overview section you’ll see Add a section to your profile.
  3. Click View More to see the full list of sections.
  4. Select Add Certifications when on the Certifications box.
  5. Complete the prompted fields and scroll down to find the “Credential URL” field.
  6. Click Save.
  1. Scroll to the top of your News Feed and click the gray text next to your profile picture.
  2. Enter the link.
  3. Add an optional update, then click Post.

Keep in mind that liking or sharing a link through Facebook may show up in News Feed or on your timeline.

  1. Type or paste the URL into the Tweet box on twitter.com.
  2. A URL of any length will be altered to 23 characters, even if the link itself is less than 23 characters long. Your character count will reflect this.
  3. Click the Tweet button to post your Tweet and link.

You can also display your credentials on your profile by adding a Certifications section.
