Join our Professional Educators Program

 Becoming a Professional Educator means you will join an elite group of experts dedicated to educating, empowering, and informing today’s travel professionals. In return, you will be featured on The Travel Institute’s website and across all marketing channels. Additionally, we would be happy to spotlight your business and/or services as part of our marketing effort to promote your PEP Talk. To remain active in our PEP program, we ask that you contribute at least one blog post, a white paper, or host a PEP Talk each year.

By participating as a host, speaker, or contributor in any webinar produced by The Travel Institute (“TTI”), you agree to the following terms:

  • Ownership of Content
    All webinar materials — including but not limited to video recordings, audio, presentation slides, images, written materials, discussions, transcripts, attendee questions, and any derivative works — are the exclusive property of The Travel Institute. 
  • License to Use Contributions
    You grant The Travel Institute a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, reproduce, distribute, display, and otherwise use your verbal and visual contributions as part of the webinar and for any related educational, promotional, or commercial purposes. 
  • Use of Webinar Content
    You agree not to share, publish, distribute, sell, or otherwise make available any webinar content, including recordings or excerpts, without prior written consent from The Travel Institute. 
  • Attendee List Access & Restrictions 
    • After the webinar, The Travel Institute will provide you with a list of attendees and their email addresses.
    • You may send one (1) follow-up email to attendees solely for the purpose of thanking them for attending and inviting them to opt-in if they wish to receive additional communication from you.
    • This list may not be:
       • Sold
       • Shared
       • Distributed
       • Added to any marketing list without explicit attendee opt-in
       • Used for any purpose other than the single permitted email described above
    • Any further communication requires each attendee’s express consent. 
  • Confidentiality
    Any proprietary, confidential, or non-public information shared during the planning or delivery of the webinar must not be disclosed or reused without written approval from The Travel Institute. 
  • No Compensation
    Participation is voluntary unless otherwise agreed in writing. No compensation, royalties, or usage fees shall be owed for The Travel Institute’s use of the webinar content. 
  • Acknowledgment
    By participating, you acknowledge that:

    • You have full authority to grant these rights;
    • Your contributions do not infringe on the rights of others;
    • You understand and agree to all terms described above.
