    Certification Requirements

    To enroll in CTA®, candidates must:

    • A minimum of 1 year of industry experience selling travel, or
    • Pass the Travel Agent Proficiency (TAP®) exam with a score of 80% or higher


    Candidates must fulfill the following requirements to earn their CTA Certification:

    • Complete the CTA® curriculum
    • Pass the proctored CTA®exam with a grade of 70% or higher
