Wells, Paris – An Afro-centric Perspective is a specialist destination and continuing education course that explores the elements of this history so that travel professionals can create itineraries for the African-American niche travel market, which represents a $40 billion dollar industry. After taking this course, you will be able to promote Paris as a black heritage destination to these clients, as well as provide mainstream travelers with a new and exciting way to view the City of Light and enrich their cultural appreciation of the city.
Course topics include an overview of African-American history in Paris, the identification of sites in Paris that bear the names of African Americans, an Afro-centric look at museums and monuments, and Afro-centric dining.[su_box title=”Refunds/Returns:”]All products purchased from The Travel Institute are NON-REFUNDABLE.
