The all-inclusive beachfront BodyHoliday in St. Lucia is one example of a hybrid property. It caters to all leisure vacationers — including couples, solo travelers and small groups — but offers the wellness-focused vacationer a wide range of inclusive activities without any surcharges. The variety of options includes cycling tours, daily walks, kayaking, classes in T’ai Chi, Pilates, Yoga, Meditation and Breathing classes, and, for the more sports-minded, there’s tennis, golf, archery, Zumba plus other options. 4. Carillon Miami Wellness Resort
Even though the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort caters to a variety of leisure vacationers, including families, it does have a robust list of à la carte wellness offerings spread out over 70,000 square feet and includes a spa, a fitness center, European-inspired hydrotherapy circuits, an indoor rock-climbing wall, and 45 indoor and outdoor fitness classes offered weekly, which guests can select from on an all-inclusive basis. The all-suite, oceanfront property even has an on-site dietician who can be booked for private consultation. It also offers wellness-themed packages, from three nights to several weeks in length.
5. Waldhotel Health & Medical Excellence Lake Lucerne
