Question of The Week:

Becoming a leader is not an overnight accomplishment, but there are some common traits that make up a recognizable leader. List at least three main traits of being a leader and describe how these traits will affect those you are leading.  

As a leader yourself, you recognize leadership traits in others. Think of a leader you highly regard and give an example of when you observed his or her leadership in action?
