I absolutely love traveling, and planning trips down to the smallest detail. Defining moment was transiting the Panama Canal, seeing the initial attempt to dig the canal….wow…

When i was able to support a client that was mobility challenged to get around YUL airport by utilizing the Air Canada special needs option.
How has your journey evolved since graduating from The Travel Institute?
It is still evolving, just waiting for my time in business to tick by to get my CTC certification…..those letters carry a lot of weight with clients
What’s one cultural experience that left a lasting impression on you?
Standing on the beach at Dieppe, France, and thinking back to the terrible battle that occurred there. As a Canadian veteran….it was very emotional.
