What inspired you to pursue a career in travel and tourism? Was there a defining moment?
I love travelling and exploring new places. I also love to help others. With that combination, it was an easy choice for me; so after early retirement from my job, I went full-time.
Can you share a moment in your career when you realized, “This is exactly what I’m meant to do”?
About 15 years ago, there was a couple that was experiencing marital issues and challenges. I suggested a cruise to them and sent them on a 3-day cruise. The rest is history. Something happened at sea and they came back as a different couple and their marriage is still going strong today. That’s the moment I said, If God placed me in this industry to impact lives in this manner, I’m all for it.
